Every project begins with listening. We take the time to understand your goals, challenges, budget and priorities -asking the right questions to uncover what matters most.

Through a free project consultation, we review your ideas, discuss objectives, understand your budget and define the scope so you gain clarity on how we can help and set the foundation for a successful project.

Create

With your goals defined, we move into developing real solutions. This stage turns ideas into drawings and documents you can react to and refine.

You’ll receive concept sketches, preliminary floor plans, and visualizations that illustrate different options and approaches. Together, we review these materials to confirm function, aesthetics, and feasibility before moving forward.

Integrate

Once the concept is approved, we bring in the technical details that make your project buildable. This step includes coordinating structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; addressing code and permit requirements; and refining material selections.

You’ll receive a coordinated set of construction documents that contractors can price accurately and the city can review for approvals.

Deliver

With permits approved and construction underway, we stay involved to make sure the project is executed as designed. Our role includes answering contractor questions, reviewing submittals, and conducting site visits to monitor progress.

A graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a degree in Architecture, she combines a strong design foundation with practical expertise to meet the diverse needs of her clients.

As the owner of CommercialArch, Stacey has led projects ranging from franchise development and tenant improvements to ground-up construction and residential design. Licensed in multiple states, she blends creativity with technical skill to guide projects seamlessly from concept through completion.
